12/12/2012 - Today we have cooked and green Eastern King Prawns.

The Spanner Crab season closure commenced on 20th November, weather permitting our Spanner Crabbers will be back at work on 21st December.

Snap Frozen Prawns

Prawns are also available snap frozen from some of our trawlers. This highly sort after product is caught and frozen within minutes of being landed. Available in 5 and 10 kg cartons or smaller amounts upon request (in raw and cooked). Defrosted properly, these prawns are equally as desirable as fresh prawns. Defrost prawns on a covered tray overnight.
